Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Debit, Solo & Delta). Cheques are also accepted and should be made payable to TTW Group.
If you prefer we can also supply our bank details for bank transfer payments.

When you place a credit card order online, all the information you input is encrypted and passed to our secure SSL server.
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information and are registered under the Data Protection Act.

Credit card payments will appear as TTW Group on your bank statements

Pricing

Terms of Sale

TTW Group may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Delivery

Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery to a UK address are normally despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via a courier, for a next working day delivery. *Orders Placed on Friday won't be delivered until Monday unless special delivery has been arranged. TTW Group can not be held responsible for late delivery due to the courier.

Orders placed after 3:30pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

There are five delivery options available when placing an order online:

Standard Next Day delivery - UK only -
There is a standard £6.50 delivery charge for all orders to an address in the UK.
whilst we will attempt to get your goods to you for a next day delivery service,  we offer no guarantee’s this service.


Within EU - 2-5 days

Standard EU delivery
charges are applied to all Mi-Witness products brought online at the Mi-Witness store. Delivery charges start at £10.00 per order.
Outside the EU - 3-4 days

Standard outside the EU delivery
charges are applied to all Mi-Witness products brought online at the Mi-Witness store. Delivery charges start at £25.00 per order, depending on the delivery location.

Orders to addresses outside the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail International Registered Delivery or Via TNT.

Mi-Witness Warranty

Limited Warranties
All TTW Group products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, TTW Group will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components which fail to function. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer takes responsibility for any postal charges. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorised alterations, modifications or repairs. Note: Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer. The cost of removing and re installing any defective device or part in not covered by the manufactures warranty.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TTW GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TTW Group retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

All NEW products sold carry a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee unless otherwise stated. Memory cards carry a 6 month guarantee unless otherwise stated. If you believe you item is faulty please contact us by email and we will make arrangements for your product to be tested and repaired or replaced as appropriate. You must make sure to obtain a returns number before you send any item back to TTW Group (see 'Returns' below). If your item was bought by one of our representatives we will require proof of purchase. If you purchased you item from a non approved representative you may only receive a 28 day warranty.

 

Detailed Warranty explained

All Mi-Witness products are supplied with a full 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

 

Limited Warranty Statement

This Limited Warranty shall apply to the Mi-Witness products including all accessories “the Product”. Mi-Witness warrants the product from its authorised distributor will meet the applicable product specifications and be free from all defects in material and workmanship for an applicable period herein “Limited Warranty”.  This Limited Warranty is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.            This Limited Warranty is given only to the original purchaser of the Product “Customer” it shall neither exclude nor limit a) any statutory rights of the Customer or b) any of the Customer’s rights against the sellers of the Product.

 

2.            The Limited Warranty shall be restricted to the country/region of Product purchase this is to avoid excessive import or exportation of the Product throughout the supported countries.

 

3.            This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in countries where the Product is sold.  Outside of the country of purchase, any repairs performed by Mi-Witness’s Authorised Service Centre are subject to charge to the purchaser at normal repair rates.

 

4.            The Limited Warranty entitles the Customer to a Product replacement or a full refund of the purchase price for any defects relating to the performance and / or functioning of the Product which result from normal use of the Product, provided that such a defect arises within ten (10) days of the original date of purchase of the Product and cannot be otherwise repaired. Mi-Witness will provide a replacement or repair of the Product at Mi-Witness’s own expense for any such defect arising after ten (10) days but within two (2) month of the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty may not be sold – on, assigned, transferred or given to any subsequent purchaser or acquirer of the Product.

 

5.            This Limited Warranty shall last for 1 (one) year from the date of original purchase “Warranty Period”. A valid original invoice “Proof of Purchase” is required.

 

6.            This Limited Warranty covers expenses for inspecting and repairing the product during the term of the Limited Warranty. The Warranty does not cover any expenses for removal or refitting of the product. Customer shall deliver the defective Product to the Mi-Witness - designated premises together with the proof of purchase, and proof of identity of the Customer. Products shipped by the Customer missing any one of these documents may render this Limited Warranty invalid. If the defect was the result of the Customer’s own mishandling of the Product, or the result of a repair by an unauthorised service provider, the Customer shall bear all expenses relating to shipping such a defective Product.

 

7.            Mi-Witness will return the repaired Product or another Product to the Customer in good working condition. All replaced faulty Products or components thereof will become the property of Mi-Witness.

 

8.            This Limited Warranty applies only to the original hardware components of the Product and does not apply to any software or other equipment.

 

9.            If Mi-Witness repairs or replaces the Product, the repaired or replaced Product shall continue to be warranted for the remaining term of the Limited Warranty period or for three (3) months from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

 

10.          Before returning any units for service, the Customer is solely responsible for backing up data and removing any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from the Product. Mi-Witness is not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removal storage media.

 

11.          This Warranty does NOT cover recovery from any software updates, installation and removal of the application software, or any loss of data storage.

 

12.          Mi-Witness reserves the right to add, delete or amend the terms and conditions of this Limited Liability and any such change will be made available to the purchasers of the Product either Mi-Witness’s Web site (www.Mi-Witness.co.uk) or by other means.

 

13.          THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY IF THE DEFECT WAS CAUSED THROUGH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

 

(a)          The Product serial number, the accessory date code has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or is illegible; or

 

(b)          The defect is resulting from the use of the product in a manner other than their normal and customary manner, e.g., in excess of their minimum specification of operating instructions, or malfunction or failure resulting from use of uncalibrated voltages; or

 

(c)           Deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear. All plastic surfaces and other natural wear of externally exposed parts of the product are scratched or damaged under normal usage; or

 

(d)          The defect is arising from improper installation, unauthorised repair, alteration or modification to the Product by third parties; or

 

(e)          The defect is arising from operating with components or accessories (ancillary or peripheral equipment) not officially authorised or provided by Mi-Witness or used in other than its intended use; or

 

(f)           The defect or damage is arising from unauthorised modification: or

 

(g)          The defect or damage is arising from misuse, mishandling, accidental lost, abuse, accident, negligence and damage caused directly or indirectly by Customer, including but not limited to improper testing, installation, alteration or modification or any kind, or spillage of food or liquid, or build-up of dirt or dust, or mains supply problem, thunderstorm activities, or infestation by insects or vermin, or exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions, or operation with extreme heat or humidity; or

 

14.          WHERE A DEFECT WAS UNDETECTABLE BY THEN-AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY OR WAS THE RESULT OF COMPLYING WITH THE APPLICABLE REGULATORY STANDARDS OF WHERE THE DEFECT WAS THE RESULT OF THE CHANGE IN THE DESIGN OF THE PRODUCT COMPONENTS SUPPLIED BY A THIRD PARTY, MI-WITNESS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR COMMERCIAL LOSS OF THE CUSTOMER.

 

15.          This Limited Warranty does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights in law specific to the country of purchase, and such - rights remain protected. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential loss or damage, or limitation of the implied warranties, in which case the preceding limitation of exclusions may not apply to such Customers. Please note warranty service availability and response times may vary from country to country and may also be subject to registration requirement in the country of purchase. 16.          Mi-Witness reserve the right to make changes to the software including but not limited to the way mapping data is displayed and the service used to provide this data.

 

17.          Mi-Witness cannot access your personal data from the camera although the GPS data from the camera will be transmitted over the internet to the mapping data servers in order to provide the map display within the software. Video, audio and G-Force data is NOT transmitted over the internet during video playback.

 

 

18.          Video, Audio, G-Force data and GPS data stored on the camera’s SD card can be used in evidence against you in some countries. In some countries, police authorities reserve the right to seize such data from the SD card in the camera and use it as evidence against you.


Returns

No faulty items should be returned without first contacting us. Upon contacting us, a returns number will be issued to you which will enable us to process the returned item. If a unit is returned to us with no returns number, we will be unable to process the return. We suggest that you use a secure delivery method, preferably one which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery. No responsibility can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. Where possible returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt.

Returns of Non Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with your purchase we do offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all of our products. Simply contact us to obtain a return authorisation number.

The following conditions apply:

Goods 'must' be returned 'unused' and in the 'original' packaging

We can not refund products that have been registered or damaged.

We can not and will not refund the cost of any labour & material costs of an installation or removal of the goods under any circumstances.
(We suggest if you plan to have the system professionally installed you should set the system up temporally to make sure you are happy with the way it performs, before having it professionally installed.) We will only refund installation costs if the installation has not commenced and you have given 48 hours notice directly to the engineer. A cancellation fee may apply.

If software has been opened then we can not refund these items unless they are faulty and these will only be replaced.
Refunds can not be made for postal charges incurred by ourselves or by you, a return authorisation number must be obtained prior to returning your product.

Where products are not in the original condition a repackaging fee may apply. (see below).

Please Note: return goods that have been opened and the packaging is damaged can result in up to a £30 re boxing fee - however this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team. If it is returned to us in new unused condition, a refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase.

All refunds will be undertaken within 7 working days of return. Please note credit / debit card refunds can take 4 working days to clear.
